Order Processing Time

  • All items are made to order.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Return & Refund Policy

All items are custom-made upon order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect selection. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or with production errors.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturer’s defect.
  • You receive the wrong item.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund to your original payment method

We may require the damaged item to be returned depending on the issue and our supplier’s policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or item selected during purchase
  • Delays due to shipping carrier or customs
