Q: Are your products original or printed?
A: We offer both! Some items are original artworks created by Artisans Clan artists, while others are high-quality print-on-demand reproductions produced through trusted fulfillment partners.

Q: What materials are your prints made from?
A: Our prints are made with museum-quality paper, canvas, or wood (depending on the item), using vibrant, archival inks. Descriptions on each product page provide full details.

Q: Do you take custom art or commissions?

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, then an additional 3–7 business days for shipping within the U.S. International orders may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q: Where do you ship to?

Returns & Replacements

Q: Do you accept returns?

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to replace it at no cost.
